I'm usually not one to beat the Apple drum but I don't remember the type being that unclear. I know it over anti-aliases a bit but are you sure thats the default behaviour?

Hi, I am a happy user of Typetester. I didn't use ClearType so far and after reading this article, now seriously considering. Because I know once I start, after short adjusting time, I will never be able to go back to standard!

And as you say there are still many people not using it and we should still consider them. Good reminder!

Well, i think it's time that Microsoft launch their new OS with the Clear-Type on by default...
When I did it, the first time, it feels a little strange, like blurry..., but then, I can't be without it...!

(sorry for my english, excellent blog by the way!)
