{"id":143,"date":"2005-10-20T13:16:20","date_gmt":"2005-10-20T11:16:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.maratz.com\/blog\/archives\/2005\/10\/20\/the-island\/"},"modified":"2006-04-10T14:40:45","modified_gmt":"2006-04-10T12:40:45","slug":"the-island","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.maratz.com\/blog\/archives\/2005\/10\/20\/the-island\/","title":{"rendered":"Black Wasp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A week ago the missus and I went to the movie to watch a Michael Bay film <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theisland-themovie.com\/\">The Island<\/a> with Evan McGregor and Scarlett Johansson.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from us both being fans of the minimal interior design in the small city on the beginning of the story, we especially adored the Black Wasp (photos: <a href=\"http:\/\/imdb.com\/gallery\/ss\/0399201\/IS74.jpg\">1<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/imdb.com\/gallery\/ss\/0399201\/IS12.jpg\">2<\/a>) flying motorbike-like vehicle driven by the bad guys.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theisland-themovie.com\/\" title=\"See more at the official web site\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/img\/sshots\/black_wasp.jpg\" height=\"286\" width=\"420\" alt=\"Black Wasp\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"caption\" style=\"font-style: italic; font-size: .9em;\">Screenshot is taken from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theisland-themovie.com\/\">official web site <\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Those nasty black interceptors reminded me again on the excellent design by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.timcamerondesign.com.au\/TCDgallery.html\">Tim Cameron<\/a>, whose motorbikes are still rotating on my screen at home.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of which, we\u2019re currently waiting for our new car, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.colt3door.com\/swf\/index.jsp?language=default\">New Colt<\/a> (5 door family variant).
